Inscription

The inscription skill is used to produce magical scrolls and Runebooks?. Also, with 100% inscription and Architecture skill, it is used to produce house blueprints.

Rune books

Scribes produce runebooks using the Scribe's book, which can be bought from scribe vendors, in towns such as the Citadel of Light. The scribe book can be used to make low charge runebooks at 75% inscription and high charge runebooks at 100% inscription.
